Shipping

Canadian orders ship from Montreal, Quebec within 1-5 business days depending on the item. You can always check the dispatch date estimate on the product detail page.
US and international orders ship from USA within 2-5 business days.

When you place an order we will estimate dispatch and delivery date for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Spend $39 or more* before shipping & taxes and we will issue a store credit in the amount of the Economy Shipping fee you paid. Store credit will be automatically applied to your next order. 

Taxes:

For a limited time all Canadian customers pay 5% GST only.

We pay QST for our customers in Quebec and HST difference for customers in HST provinces.

Return policy.

Please use online form in your account or contact us at returns@buycdnow.ca within 7 business days of the receipt of your order if you would like to return it.

Only new/unopened items can be returned for refund. Please note that defective/damaged items are not eligible for refund. Such items are replaced at no cost to you.

Prior to opening CD/DVD or video game please make sure that you received a correct version/edition. 

You should post the item within 5 business days after receiving the instructions and RMA# from us.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) in which case we will pay for return shipping.

The refund will be issued within 7 days after receiving it in our warehouse in the way of a store credit which you will be able to use towards your new order(s). The store credit does not expire.
