We are a Canadian family-owned business based out of Montreal. We have been selling on various marketplaces including Amazon and eBay since 2003. When we first contemplated starting up our own website, we asked ourselves what we were trying to achieve? We knew we wanted to create a local alternative to the large international corporations, but how were we going to be different? How were we going to be better for Canadians? We looked at what other businesses were offering, and what they were not; we then created BuyCDNow.ca with the intention of offering a more flexible and enjoyable shopping experience for the residents of Canada.

On BuyCDNow.ca you choose how you want your order packed, how you want it shipped, what you want to happen on delivery and how you want to pay. As a small business we're flexible to accommodate your needs. So far we are proud to offer the following features:

• You can calculate shipping costs, and check when your order will be dispatched right from the shopping cart (before secure checkout).
• You can choose between various payment options including: credit card online or over the phone, by money order or even C.O.D.
• You can choose between various shipping methods, and also various delivery options; so if you're not home to receive your order, the process is still as convenient as possible.
• If you contact us, you will always speak with the same dedicated account manager.
• We back our products and their delivery. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, we will immediately send you a new one along with a pre-paid return envelope for the damaged item.
• We offer a reward program. It's free to join and you have no obligations, only benefits.
